For all company employees both internal and external, you must use the single sign-on (SSO) option to log in. This is the white button that says "login Carrefour".

After successfully logging in for the first time only, please create a service request Freshservice SR 573 to get your account approved. This can be done either by yourself or by your manager.

Note: Do not log in using a username and password unless you are a vendor or contractor who has been explicitly instructed to do so.
